Bella Pieroni at Decorex 2011
For MSPA Autumn can be a particularly busy time. London Fashion Week, London Design Festival and the Affordable Art fair. We have clients who need our support and assistance to book, plan and help deliver their stands, displays and exhibitions at these shows.
Decorex 2011 has been hugely successful for Bella Pieroni. Bella collaborates and shares a stand with her publisher – The Portfolio Collection. They exhibit Bella’s originals and TPC’s limited edition giclee prints of her work. It’s a very happy marriage. Interior designers visit the show from all over the world and come to the stand to order prints for their schemes and clients and originals for themselves.
The show opened on Sunday 25th September and within a couple of hours, Bella had sold 9 newly framed originals to Barbara Barry – top flight LA interior designer. She also sold 2 large works to another interior design contact, had numerous inquiries for other works on the stand, orders for prints and received 2-3 requests for commissions for more of the smaller works.
At Decorex 2010, Bella bought a stunning sideboard chest from Orchid furniture – a company who specialise in Oriental furniture and Chinese antiques. This year Bella contacted Orchid ahead of the show and asked them if they would like to exhibit some of their furniture on the stand. They agreed and offered an elegant desk and 2 lamps. The finished stand looked great – see below. Bella is now enjoying a brief rest before we build up to the Affordable Art Fair at Battersea Park.
If you would like a ticket to come and see Bella’s original work there – please contact Gill Stilliard – firstname.lastname@example.org – mentioning where you found out about Bella’s work.
