Automate your apps… with Zapier

Wouldn’t it be great to make all those apps and tools you’ve downloaded work together?

Well, good news! There is. And it’s called Zapier.

Zapier is a nifty little programme that lets you integrate all sorts of things imaginable.

For example, let’s say every time you receive an email from PayPal informing you of a sale, you want the buyer’s details to be automatically added to your CRM system. Zapier can do that if you instruct it to!

Or, what about automatically saving all attachments that you get in your Gmail account to Dropbox? Zapier can do that too!

In fact, there is an absolute TONNE of cool things you can instruct Zapier to do for you. Your imagination is pretty much the limit!

So take a look, have a play about and get zapping…

Complete disclosure – we’re not using this one yet… well, we can’t expect to know everything, right?!

This is one tool that we are super excited to try out for ourselves and we couldn’t resist sharing it with you!

We’re particularly keen on how we can use Zapier to automate a whole bunch of recurring and reminder emails that will free up our brains for the good stuff. We’ll let you know how we get on!
