Easy-peasy social media scheduling… with Buffer
It can be difficult to find the time to be active on social media regularly, even though we know it can be a very effective way of engaging with our audience.
That’s why using a social media scheduler can be a useful addition to your marketing arsenal. It allows you to schedule Tweets or Facebook updates from any of your devices, meaning that you can spread your social media output over the course of a week on pre-defined days and times. You simply fill the scheduler up with content and it takes care of the rest.
There are plenty of great scheduling tools available on the market and ultimately it’s down to personal preference, but the one I always recommend beginners is Buffer for it’s user-friendly interface and its clear and attractive dashboard.
How we use it at MSPA:
Social media scheduling alone is no replacement for real-time activity and engagement, so we tend to do both. Scheduling some core content means we can be sure that our output is varied and on-brand, but also leaves us time for regular chunks of real-time interaction in between.
